This is a somewhat experimental piece for me. It was composed after I got a new computer with upgraded hardware. I used Cakewalk's Music Creator 5 for this, with the soft-synth entitled "Mutant Orchestra" for the effect.

Musically, this song explores feelings of angst tinged with sorrow or regret. It is a reflective piece, and really has no melody. It's just a bunch of chord changes, and intermixing major and minor chords (e.g., having an a minor chord playing and then putting a G major chord over the top of it, and then slowly dropping out the a minor chord for the key change). And naturally, the working of the "Mutant Orchestra" provides a great deal of the tonal anarchy. It's like controlled chaos.
